Can you hold a place before I apply?
Unfortunately, we cannot hold a property for anyone. Once an application is accepted, we require a signed lease and funds in order to secure the property. -
Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?
No. Upon approval, we require one full month’s rent and security deposit regardless of the day that your lease starts on. -
How old do you have to be to apply?
18 years or older. -
Is the deposit refundable?
All deposits are fully refundable based on condition of the property upon move-out . -
Who needs a cosigner?
A cosigner may be needed for applicants that do not fully meet our tenant criteria. -
You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?
Please click on the property that you are wanting to rent and fill out the “Contact Us” tab. An agent will reach out to you to discuss the property further as well as provide you with the application. -
How do I pay rent?
You can pay rent in a number of ways. If you log in to your tenant portal, you can pay rent by electronic check and you may use a credit card (there is a service fee for using a credit card), or you can also mail a check or drop a check off at our office. -
I want to get a pet. What do I do?
Please reach out to us with the pet’s information, vet records and picture of the pet so that we can obtain owner approval beforehand. -
Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?
The lease agreement defines who is responsible for almost any situation that may arise.
